Makennas Story
Hi! My name is Makenna, and I am a Penn State senior and certified yoga teacher with a deep passion for helping others feel grounded, empowered, and aligned in their daily lives. My journey into yoga began as a personal practice and quickly grew into a calling, one centered on connection, balance, and intentional living.
As I continue my studies and teaching, I have developed a strong interest in female hormone health and the powerful role that mindful movement, breathwork, and stress regulation play in supporting women’s overall well-being. I am passionate about creating spaces where women feel informed, supported, and in tune with their bodies.
Beyond individual sessions, I am inspired by the power of community. I love designing wellness experiences and events that bring people together, creating opportunities for teams, companies, and groups to gather, ground, and grow. Whether through intimate yoga sessions or thoughtfully curated wellness events, my mission is to cultivate experiences that leave people feeling connected, restored, and empowered long after they step off the mat.
