At MakinBalance, I am committed to providing a transformative yoga experience, guiding individuals of all levels towards spiritual and physical harmony through traditional eastern practices and modern western yoga practices. My values of mindfulness, balance, and holistic well-being form the core of my philosophy, empowering students to integrate these principles of balance and ease into their daily lives.

Customized for Your Well-being

30 USD ( 1 hour session)

Immerse yourself in the art of yoga with personalized sessions that guide you towards mental and physical harmony. These sessions are great for improving form with anatomical cueing and hands-on instruction. 

Empowering Through Movement and Community 

20 USD per person (1 hr session) 

Need a fun activity for your club, sorority, bachelorette party, girls day, well makinbalance can bring yoga to you with customized at home group yoga sessions on line or in person at your location of choosing
